Returns & Refunds

We do not provide a refund/return if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or any other circumstance, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

For exchanges on DIY items of $100 and under, this will incur a handling fee of $10 nzd including gst, plus additional freight charges. For items over $100 the handling fee will be 10% of the item value. This process also includes our turbo manifolds.

If we approve a refund  for any of our products the same process applies for exchanges. If payment that was used is Paypal, Afterpay or Laybuy a 5% fee will also be deducted from refund for the commission fee these companies use.

Returns have to be made within 60 days from the date or purchase

We have a 10 year no crack warranty on all our turbo manifolds if we install them otherwise for self install we have a 5 year warranty.
